SPRING SHOW GENERAL RULES

All Entry Forms to be received by the Secretary by 9pm Thursday 18th March 2010.
Entry Fee for each Exhibit 25p.
Floral Art in Class 81 - 82 £1.00 per exhibit.
Floral Art Entries 75p each exhibit (Classes 73 - 78)
Floral Art Entries 25p each exhibit in Classes 72 and Classes 79 & 80
Fees to accompany Entry Form
Class 67 - novice class in Sugarcraft. Trophy winners in this class must enter in open class in subsequent years.
Group Class Entries must be accompanied with name and address of the group.

Each entry to be prepared and exhibited under the amateur status rule.
All Exhibits in Section A, B, C, D and E must be grown by the Exhibitor.
The Hall will be open for Staging on Friday 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Saturday 8.30 a.m. -9.30 a.m.
No exhibits to be removed before 4.30 p.m. Sunday
All Exhibits must be cleared by 5.00 p.m. Sunday
In all respects the decision of the judges is Final.
Exhibitors in Section A are asked to use standard vases which will be provided by the Show Committee
the term "BULB" refers to Bulbs, Rhizomes, Corms and Tubers.


WINNERS OF TROPHIES MUST SIGN A GUARANTEE TO RETURN SAME IN CLEAN CONDITION TO THE SECRETARY FOUR WEEKS BEFORE THE NEXT SHOW IN 2011


The Committee may refuse an entry and shall have the power to determine in which Classes a Competitor may compete.
Prizes may be distributed in Cash or Vouchers
Prize Money unclaimed after 7 days will be returned to the Society's Funds
All exhibits must be collected by exhibitor or representative.
